Our love story began on the 2100 block of Fisher Avenue in Speedway, IN. Our first shared Indy 500 experience took place the night before the 2005 race, as we walked down Georgetown Road. Denny picked a turkey leg, and Christy went for a corn dog. Much of this tradition remains the same, and now we host the annual family race weekend. Nearly 20 years of marriage, three amazing children (Stephanie, Bryce, and Tanner), and the best Aussiedoodle ever, Maverick, have shaped our journey together. Denny works in manufacturing, while Christy works for a software company. DC Property 1300 Block, LLC represents a dream come true—a legacy we're excited to build for our family.
We are thrilled to welcome you to our condos on Main Street in Speedway, IN. Having lived in or around this area for several years, we’re delighted to offer a space for others to enjoy. The central location makes it the perfect place to stay while exploring the Speedway and Indianapolis area. We love the condos and their spot on Main Street so much that, when not occupied, we often work from there or use it as our own personal getaway!
